Many residents of Saratov are familiar with this beautiful industrial building on Chernyshevsky Street. It attracts attention with its unique yet recognizable architecture. This former giant steam flour mill of E. Borely, built in 1876, is now a cultural heritage site of regional significance.

In the 19th century, up to 180 people worked here. The mill had a school for workers and their children, as well as a medical point. In the second half of the 20th century, the building was expanded with an additional floor. If you go down Degtyarnaya Street, you can find another industrial structure behind this building, striking in its beauty. This is because Borely's mill is not just a standalone building, but a whole complex.

The mill and trading house of E.I. Borely, built in 1876 and reconstructed in 1888 by architect A.M. Salko, consist of five buildings listed as heritage:

- production tower

Currently, the complex houses the Saratov Grain Products Plant, complemented by a new elevator.
