The Gingerbread Gallery in Ryazan, opened in 2015, is a private museum founded by Valentina Balantseva. It is also a creative space where workshops and tastings are held. The gallery features exhibits dedicated to the gingerbread traditions of various cities in Russia and countries around the world, such as the Czech Republic, Poland, and France, each with its unique characteristics.

The author’s gallery offers various workshops, including baking and decorating gingerbread cookies, creating stained glass gingerbread with caramel windows, as well as sculpting and baking Pomor kozuli.

In addition, the gallery has a sweet shop where you can purchase ready-made gifts from the artisan.
