Semyonovskoye-Troitskoye is located 25 versts from Vladimir and 9 versts from Suzdal. Until 1764, Semyonovskoye was the estate of the Trinity-Sergius Monastery, which explains its name Troitskoye. There are no historical records about the time of the church's founding in the village. The existing church was built in 1805 with funds from the parishioners. It is a stone building with a bell tower. The church has two altars: the main one in the name of Saint Martyr Simeon of Jerusalem, and the second in honor of Saints Cosmas and Damian. There is also a warm stone church with one altar in honor of the Epiphany of the Lord, the date of its construction is unknown.

Church documents have been preserved in full: copies of the metric books and confession lists have been maintained since 1822, and an inventory of church property compiled in 1828 is kept in the church. The church land includes 1 desyatina and 60 square fathoms of homestead land and 31 desyatinas of hayfields and arable land; a land plot plan is kept in the sacristy. There is no regular clergy provided. The management of the church and parish is carried out by clergymen from the villages of Vysheslavskoye and Gavrilovskoye, which are no more than one and a half versts from the church. The annual income from land and church fees amounts to up to 200 rubles in silver. The village has 80 households, 234 men, and 263 women.
