The gazebo 'Milovida' was built in 1803-1804 according to the design of architect Ivan Vasilyevich Yegotov. It is an open vaulted gallery with transverse passages and four corner rooms, harmoniously integrated into the park of the Tsaritsyno estate. The Empire-style forms of the building were complemented by volumetric sculptures and decorative paintings in grisaille technique. Over time, a significant part of the decor was lost. Currently, the gazebo is adorned with figures of sphinxes, statues of goddesses, and decorative medallions.

In 2018, restoration work was carried out on the building. Specialists restored the white stone masonry of the plinth, plaster on the walls and columns, as well as the architectural and sculptural decor. The copper roof, attic coverings, window sills, window and door fillings, and the granite pavement around the building were also repaired.
