Today, you can enjoy the aroma and taste of this delicacy by visiting the Murano estate and stopping by the "Ambary" cafe. There, you can order tea and try a Murano waffle or purchase it as a souvenir for loved ones and friends.

The waffles are made according to a restored recipe, which is still kept a secret. If you manage to negotiate with the staff, they might tell you about the ingredients and the preparation method of this dessert.

The waffles are "imprinted" in molds that are copies of ancient waffle irons, which can be seen in the museum's exhibition.
