The Church of Cosmas and Damian, also known as the Kozmodemyanskaya Church, is a temple of the Nizhny Novgorod and Vladimir dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Old Believer Church. It is located in the former village of Korovniki, near Suzdal, on the left bank of the Kamenka River, and is recognized as a regional heritage site.

The 18th-century church, referred to as the "summer" church, forms an architectural ensemble with the "winter" Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, built in the late 17th century. The building is made of brick in the provincial baroque style and represents an octagon on a square base. A graceful patterned drum with kokoshniks rises above the high octagon, topped with a small onion-shaped dome. The walls are adorned with window frames, a small portal, and corner pilasters.

In the 1970s, the church, along with the bell tower, which was in a semi-ruined state, was restored by the efforts of the Suzdal restoration site. Both churches were used as storage facilities.

In April 1996, the Kozmodemyanskaya Church received the status of an architectural monument.

On May 26, 2015, Metropolitan Korniliy Titov visited the church and noted that the main problem for the Suzdal Old Believers is the dilapidated condition of the temple. He emphasized that many Old Believer churches transferred to the Church are in a deplorable state, and their restoration must start from scratch. The Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian was handed over to the Old Believers in 2000, but bureaucratic issues were only resolved recently. The churches of Saints Cosmas and Damian and the summer Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross are in the process of restoration after many years of neglect. On the same day, the head of the Suzdal administration, Alexander Vsevolodovich Razov, visited the Suzdal Old Believer community.

On December 14, 2015, Metropolitan Korniliy consecrated the altar of the church in the name of the holy miracle workers and unmercenaries Cosmas and Damian.

On February 28, 2016, the Metropolitan of Moscow and All Russia Korniliy ordained Dmitry Maslov as a priest. With the arrival of the priest, regular prayers and liturgical services began. Restoration and decoration of the church are being carried out as opportunities allow.
