The building of the Azov Humanities and Technical College is one of the oldest in the city, where the educational institution is currently located. Built in 1895, it originally served as a vocational technical school, which was closed after the establishment of Soviet power. Today, teaching is once again taking place here, and in 2019 the building was recognized as an architectural monument of regional cultural heritage. It looks beautiful from the outside, although the interior has changed long ago. In history, it is also known as the Fishery College.
