Yamskaya, also known as Trinity Tower, is one of the seven towers of Kolomna Kremlin that have survived to this day. It was built between 1525 and 1531. The tower is located between the now non-existent Ivanov Gates and the Ascension Tower on the eastern side of the Kremlin. A section of the wall extending from Yamskaya Tower was restored in 1977 for the 800th anniversary of Kolomna.

The name of the tower is associated with Yamskaya sloboda, which was located nearby and included stables, hunting lodges, and post courtyards. Today, there is a bus station "Old Kolomna" near Yamskaya Tower. It is sometimes called Trinity Tower due to its proximity to the Trinity Church in Yamskaya sloboda.

The tower consists of five floors. The lower floor, known as the base floor, had combat windows facing the moat. The upper, sixth tier was a gallery with battlements resembling the shape of a swallow's tail. The battlements are 2.5 meters high, 1.44 meters wide, and 1 meter deep.
