The composition of the Horse Yard is completed by a remarkable stable building, which stands out with its classicist architecture. Special attention is drawn to its enlarged volume with semicircular upper windows under a wide, gently sloping pediment.

The stable, like the entire complex of the Horse Yard, dates back to the period when the estate was reconstructed under the guidance of architect Domenico Giliardi. Kuzminki became the most famous estate building of this renowned architect, and the Horse Yard, overlooking the pond and featuring a music pavilion, became one of his most recognizable works. The stable, hidden from view from the pond side, is located at the rear of the ensemble, designed in a quadrangle shape with a spacious inner courtyard for horse training. The stable is adjoined by feed and carriage sheds, forming the side parts of the quadrangle.

During the Soviet period until the 1960s, the buildings of the Horse Yard were used for residential and economic needs. Today, the Horse Yard has regained its historical function: it houses horses and carriages, and also operates a riding club.
