The storage room with a passage, part of the ensemble of the Miussky tram park, has been recognized as a regional cultural heritage site since 2017. The official name of this site, "Ensemble of Miussky Tram Depot, 1874, 1908-1910, 1930s," includes works by architects N.K. Zhukov, M.N. Gleyning, and engineers N.A. Sytenko and V.G. Shukhov, as well as the storage room with a passage built in 1874 and 1910.

The two-story building, with a rectangular shape and low basement, is located along the red line of Lesnaya Street. It was constructed in 1901 and 1905 to house the storage room and the guardhouse of the tram park. In the 1910s, a small volume was added to the northeastern part of the building for the guardhouse, and in the 1920s, a single-story warehouse. In the second half of the 20th century, the building underwent multiple renovations and repairs due to the transformation of the Miussky tram depot into a trolleybus park.

The facades of the building, both street and courtyard, are executed in a unified style characteristic of industrial complexes from the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Russia. The decorative elements of the exterior walls are minimal, which corresponds to the functional purpose of the building. The brick walls feature a cornice and diamond-shaped inserts between the windows, which are covered by arched lintels. Initially, the walls were not painted. The interiors were also modestly decorated, and their historical finishes have not survived to this day.

In 2017 and 2019, during the restoration of the Miussky tram park ensemble for its transformation into a cultural, commercial, and entertainment center, the storage room with a passage retained its historical dimensions, load-bearing structures, and the character of the facade finishes. The first floor now houses a restaurant, while the second floor contains a cultural and leisure center.

The building is equipped with modern communications and engineering systems, including ventilation and fire protection. During the restoration, doors and windows were replaced, preserving their historical dimensions and design. The roof was also repaired, and its historical fencing was recreated.
