At Isaac Monastery, there is one stone and sturdy church. Its front part is cold and has one altar, consecrated in honor of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in 1758. The feast of this church is celebrated on September 8. The back part of the church is warm and includes two altars: one in honor of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist, and the other, of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. These altars are celebrated on June 24, May 9, and December 6, respectively. Also, November 25 marks the day of the appearance of the miraculous Isaac Icon of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos. The main shrine of the monastery is this icon, named Isaac after the place of its appearance near the village of Isaac in 1659.
