The Large Car Shed, which is the main structure of the Mius Tram Depot, served as a parking area for tram cars. It is the largest building in the ensemble, under whose roof all tram sets of the park were to be housed. The main facade of the building, pierced by numerous gates for the entry and exit of trams, faces inward, so its decoration is more modest compared to the administrative building facing Lesnaya Street.

Construction of the Large Car Shed began in the early 1900s and was completed in 1909. Initially, the facade had 22 gate openings, closed with large wooden shutters. During the Soviet era, when the tram park was converted into a trolleybus depot, the height of the gates was increased, and the openings were paired together. After restorations in 2017 and 2019, the facade regained its historical appearance.

A roof with a skylight was installed above the shed. There is a hypothesis about the possible involvement of the famous engineer V.G. Shukhov in this, but it is unconfirmed. In the 1970s and 1980s, the roof structures were replaced.

The building is made of brick and is adorned with a small attic and cornice. The facades facing the streets have profiled cornices between floors with decorative finishes and ornamental friezes above the windows. On the bricks on the side of 1st Miusskaya Street, one can see factory stamps from the early 20th century: 'Shaposhnikov and Chelnokov.' During the restoration, the masonry of the facades was carefully restored.

The internal space, which is square in shape, was organized very functionally. Support columns divided it into long corridors for tram movement and served as the base for the metal structures of the skylight roof.

In 2017, the ensemble of the Mius Tram Depot was placed under state protection as a valuable object of industrial architecture and recognized as a cultural heritage of regional significance.

Today, the Mius Tram Park has been restored and has become a popular place for recreation and entertainment for Muscovites. A modern food court with markets and restaurants has been opened in the Large Car Shed.
