The estate was formed by the mid-19th century. By the early 20th century, it included the main two-story house located in the northwest part of the yard, a stone wing along the western boundary of the estate (now partially included in the structure of the main house), and a stone wing along the southern boundary of the yard, which has survived as a monument.

In the early 20th century, the estate belonged to A.P. Stezhinsky and, according to the city administration's property book, included three stone buildings: a house and two wings. Currently, the estate represents an ensemble consisting of two monuments: the house and the wing.

The main house is brick, two-story, consisting of two previously separate parts: the house and the adjoining southern wing, which was a one-story wing that was raised in the 2010s and included in the volumetric-spatial structure of the monument. The main northern facade is asymmetrical, divided by pilasters into two sections: the left, eastern, three-axis section, accentuated by a semicircular attic with shoulders, and a two-axis section. The floors are separated by a cornice with an arcature frieze, and the top of the wall is decorated with a profiled cornice. The window openings are arched, with framed semicircular lintels. On the second floor, the arched windows are complemented by half-frames and window panels with rings.

It is assumed that the entrance to the house from the yard was located in the left part of the facade. The decor of this part is identical to the decor of the main facade. The western facade of the original volume is decorated more simply, as according to archival plans, a house from the neighboring plot adjoined it. The southern end facade is almost devoid of decor.

The wing is located south of the main house, built along the former southern boundary of the estate's yard. It is one-story, brick, rectangular in plan. The center of the seven-axis main northern facade, facing the estate's yard, is highlighted by a small entrance risalit with an attic and a triangular sandrik. The corners of the volume and the piers are highlighted by rusticated pilasters, and the under-cornice frieze is complemented by brackets. The windows have shallow arched lintels and horizontal window panels. The southern facade is decorated similarly. The eastern end facade, which adjoined a utility building, is devoid of decor. On the western facade, the cornice highlights a triangular pediment.

The territory of the estate is visually unrecognizable due to the demolition of the boundary utility buildings, and the wing appears as a standalone object, detached from the house.
