The "Uderevka" estate, founded in the 18th century, belonged to the noble family of Alexandrov. In 1804, literary critic and professor A.V. Nikitenko was born here. In 1814, when the estate of Avdotya Borisovna Alexandrovna fell into decline, it was purchased by the nobleman and leader of the local nobility V.I. Stankevich, the father of the famous writer and philosopher N.V. Stankevich.

Vladimir Ivanovich Stankevich was involved in bridge construction and road repairs in the Ostrogozhsk district. After the estate passed into the hands of the Stankevich family, a new manor house with a mezzanine was built, along with a horse breeding farm for raising horses for the Russian army, a brick factory, a distillery, a kennel, and an orchard. In 1839, the Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built. Here, the talent of N.V. Stankevich flourished. The poet A.V. Koltsov was a frequent guest, historian T.N. Granovsky visited, and Latvian folklorist Baron K. worked here as a private tutor. Letters came from actor M.S. Shchepkin and renowned publicists V.G. Belinsky and M.A. Bakunin.

The manor house was looted and burned in 1918 during the revolution. Only the linden alley and the poet's grave on the banks of the Quiet Pine River remain from the former estate.

In 2014, as part of a project to restore the park of the "Uderevka" estate of the Stankevich family, restoration work was carried out. A chapel was built on the site of the former church, where one can venerate the icon of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Nearby is the necropolis of the Stankevich family, where Nikolai Vladimirovich Stankevich, his father Vladimir Ivanovich, and his cousin are buried.

The estate features an 8-hectare orchard, where 2400 new trees have been planted. Nearby is the historical "Linden Alley," which has preserved its configuration from the 19th century, where a sign in honor of Krišjānis Barons is installed. The alley is a monument of garden and park art from the first half of the 19th century, with fruit and leafy trees, predominantly linden.

Today, it is a recreation area with nine gazebos of various types: open, semi-closed, and closed, near which there are firewood, barbecues, and bins. It is a place to stop for rest. Special attention is drawn to the "Uderevsky Leaf Fall" festival, held annually in early October to commemorate the birthday of N.V. Stankevich. Poets and writers from Belgorod, Voronezh, and other regions, as well as guests from Moscow and Latvia, participate in the festival.

Next to the estate is a beekeeping park of the same name. Here, one can try apitherapy, visit a beekeeper's museum with equipment for extracting honey, observe the honey extraction process, and taste it.

300 meters from the park is a viewing platform where one can relax, enjoy the view of the village, and take memorable photos.

Descending the stairs, visitors will find themselves at a baptismal font and spring, which have retained their location since ancient times. The baptismal font is closed, while the spring is open, illuminated, and separated from the river waters. Nearby is a beach with amenities for relaxation.
