The marriage of Vladimir's son to Olga Mendeleeva, daughter of the famous chemist, was a significant event for the Saratov landowner Trirogov. In honor of this, he gifted the newlyweds the estate of Aryash, where the couple moved immediately after the wedding. The estate already had a magnificent botanical garden and a greenhouse with roses, magnolias, hydrangeas, hibiscuses, and jasmine. Olga Trirogova also arranged a wonderful pool, into which water flowed through gutters made from linden trunks. A particular pride of the estate was a pond with crystal clear water, from which fresh fish was served at the table. Olga also built a mill for the peasants, helped the needy, and constructed houses for the poor. However, everything changed in 1918. The peasants ravaged the estate, destroying everything in their path. The greenhouse's glass was dismantled, and manure was dumped into the pool and pond, leading to the death of the fish. The family crypt in the cemetery was destroyed, and a blacksmith made buckets and troughs from the zinc coffins. Olga tried to stop the villagers, but she was warned to leave. Gathering her belongings into one suitcase, she left the village. However, she was soon caught, and all her property was confiscated. In a fit of rage, Olga exclaimed: 'I will return! And then I will wash your floors with your hair!' But she never returned and died in Moscow. Today, nothing remains of the estate in Aryash, only thickets of shrubs and fruit-bearing apple trees, serviceberries, and barberries. The water from the collapsed well is still tasty, and locals claim that the lady drowned all her silverware in the pond.
