The Annunciation refectorial church is located at the southern wall of the monastery, completing the cathedral square from the south. Its construction was completed in 1683 on the site of the ancient church of Martyr Leontius, which was built by Andrei Bogolyubsky in 1160. In 1804, the church underwent significant reconstruction, resulting in the loss of its original appearance.
