The two-story house with a mezzanine, located on the red line of Bolshoy Nikolovorobinsky Lane, is an important part of the ensemble of the urban estate of M.G. Spiridov and F.K. Ryukhardt. The building includes a full first floor, a semi-basement, and a small extension. It is topped with a triangular pediment featuring a round skylight.

In the 19th century, the area where the house stands combined three historical plots. The final boundaries of the property were established in the late 19th century: to the north, it is bordered by Maly Nikolovorobinsky Lane, to the south by Serebryanichesky Lane, to the east by Bolshoy Nikolovorobinsky Lane, to the northwest by Yauza Boulevard, and to the southwest by Yauza Street.

By the early 20th century, the area had formed as an urban estate, and its buildings have survived to this day. All the buildings here are cultural heritage sites.

In the 1790s and 1810s, almost the entire area belonged to the urban estate of actual state councilor M.G. Spiridov, whose structures were destroyed in the fire of 1812. After the division, the plot passed to merchant Anna Antonovna Rudakova. In the late 1810s and 1820s, the eastern part of the house was built. On the plans from the 1830s, the building is noted as wooden with a mezzanine and a stone basement. In 1865-1866, at Rudakova's request, an extension was added from the courtyard: "a wooden one-story with a mezzanine on a stone uninhabited basement."

In 1887, Rudakova's heirs sold the property to the wife of a Prussian subject, Fanny Karlovna Ryukhardt. She received permission to repair the stoves and deepen the stone basement floor with the construction of vaults between the basement and the first floor. At the same time, the main facade was updated under the guidance of architect V.A. Kossov. In the 1880s-1890s, the house was the main building of the estate, later used as a wing for rental, and after 1910 was converted into a clinic by Dr. von Shiman.

To this day, the building has retained its historical volume and architectural design of the facades. Their composition relates to the earlier Empire period, while the decorative elements are executed in an eclectic style.

The building continues to serve a medical function. It houses Substation No. 21 of the A.S. Puchkov Emergency Medical Station, a branch of Substation No. 14. This is the smallest substation in Moscow, but it is the closest to the Kremlin. The interiors have modern finishes, while the vaulted ceilings have been preserved in the basement.
