The main house of the estate is designed in the classical style, with columns on the facade and walls adorned with mosaic and fresco paintings. On the first floor were the living room, the owners' room, a children's room, and the dining room, while the second floor housed the offices of Alexei Borisovich and his wife, as well as rooms for the children and servants. Late classicism is disrupted by a pentagonal annex on the eastern side of the house, resembling the altar of a temple. This is indeed a temple: a domestic church was arranged in the mansion for the owners' prayers, as there was no separate church in the village. The domestic church was located on the second floor in the eastern part. Next to the house stood a wooden bell tower, destroyed during the Soviet era. At the request of A.B. Neidgart, a clearing was made in the park so that the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Church in the neighboring village of Pilekshevo could be seen from his office.

A.B. Neidgart generously donated throughout his life to the needs and construction of Orthodox churches not only in the Nizhny Novgorod diocese but also in the capital, for which he received blessings from archpastors and the Holy Synod as a "zealous builder of God's temples." He was the benefactor of the Catherine Church at the shelter for poor nobles.

In 1918, Alexei Borisovich signed an appeal to the flock urging them to protest against the closure of Orthodox churches and monasteries. On October 24, 1918, on the first anniversary of the October Revolution, Alexei Borisovich Neidgart was shot in Nizhny Novgorod along with his daughter and son. In 1991, the Russian prosecutor's office rehabilitated Neidgart, and in 2000 he was canonized by the Hierarchical Council of the Russian Orthodox Church as a new martyr. Unfortunately, the location of his burial remains unknown.
