The A. N. Beketov Museum-Estate is a museum-living room where music, poetry, and visual arts harmoniously blend. Founded on the traditions of the 19th century, the museum continues their development today by organizing numerous exhibitions and musical meetings, as well as maintaining the Beketov family's traditions in celebrating Easter and Christmas.

Located in the western part of Alushta, the museum-estate serves as a historical and cultural center of the Professor's Corner, uniting the names of outstanding individuals associated with this era. Opened on November 5, 1987, the museum is housed in a memorial building of original architecture with elements of Moorish style, built according to A. N. Beketov's design in 1896 for family summer vacations by the sea.

The home of the academician, architect, and artist A. N. Beketov has been preserved in its original form and is situated on the grounds of an ancient estate founded in 1865 by his father, the renowned chemist N. N. Beketov. The museum preserves the memory of the outstanding architect and his ancient lineage, known in Russia since the 16th century, as well as the Beketov-Alchevsky family. Here, traditions related to music, poetry, and painting are upheld. The antique Schroder piano from 1917 serves as a reminder of the musical evenings where the voice of the outstanding tenor Ivan Alchevsky and the music of composer Grigory Alchevsky resonated.

The museum's permanent exhibition is dedicated to the life and work of architect A. N. Beketov and the history of his family. Photographs from the family album, original furniture, and household items recreate the atmosphere of a leisurely life and hobbies during vacations in Alushta. The exhibition features authentic paintings by A. N. Beketov from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, created in Crimea, in the Professor's Corner.
