The exhibition "Yenisei Taiga" offers a chance to get acquainted with the inhabitants of the light-coniferous taiga. Here, one can learn about the diversity of forest, marsh, field, and waterfowl birds, as well as see plants listed in the Red Book. Additionally, visitors can observe the life of ants in an ant farm, the formicarium.

The hall "In Defense of the Forest" presents materials and documents dedicated to the history of the fire service, which is responsible for protecting the forests and the city, and also tells about the first firefighters of Lesosibirsk.

At the exhibition-game "How Does Wood Sound," visitors, by completing interactive tasks, will learn about the history of musical instruments, see what a balalaika looked like at the beginning of its journey, and discover many interesting facts about the world of music.

The museum implements the ecological program "Young Local Historians," which engages children and adults in creative and research activities. A route "Eco-Trail: Alone with Nature" has been developed in the forest area of microdistrict 9, where one can observe nature and study flora and fauna at any time of the year.

Currently, work is underway to create the exhibition "City of the Forest," which will tell about the history of the forest industry since 1916, the leaders of the forest industry in Lesosibirsk, the activities of forest industrial complexes, and the processes of wood processing.
