The Komarichsky Local History Museum was established by the decision of the Komarich District Executive Committee No. 49 on February 12, 1986. Since 2016, it has been part of the Municipal Budgetary Institution of Culture "Komarichsky Intersettlement House of Culture." The museum features sections on peasant life and military glory, as well as an exhibition hall. The museum's collection includes 1,600 exhibits.

Visitors can explore the "Russian Hut" exhibition, which showcases household items of peasants from the Komarich Volost. A particular pride of the museum is the exhibition dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. It tells the story of the residents of Komarichi who defended the country from German-fascist invaders, and of the Soviet soldiers of the 65th Army of the Central Front, commanded by twice Hero of the Soviet Union, Lieutenant General P. I. Batov, who liberated the area from the occupiers. Local residents take pride in their heroes: 13 Heroes of the Soviet Union and 3 full cavaliers of the Order of Glory, who demonstrated exemplary service to the Motherland. The exhibition hall regularly hosts exhibitions of works by local craftsmen and collectors.
