The warm church dedicated to the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos remained the main place for communal prayer of monks and pilgrims for a long time after the monastery's restoration. Originally, this church, built in 1819 and located in the same building as the refectory, was consecrated in the name of All Saints.
According to an ancient description, the external and internal appearance of the church was as follows: "The church is warm, stone, in the name of All Saints, located in a building that is two stories inside the monastery and three stories outside; under the church are the brotherly refectory and kitchen; the building is completely covered with iron. Above the roof is a small blind tribune, also covered with iron, with a dome and cross. The length of the church is 39 arshins, the width is 19 1/4 arshins. The ceiling is supported by two rows of round wooden columns (which are no longer present, ed. note)... The local icons are painted beautifully. The choirs are closed with high old kiots; in the right kiot is the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, 7 high and 6 1/4 wide vershoks, in a silver-gilded frame with crowns... the crown is adorned with pearls, with 4 yellow stones framed by rhinestones at the corners, and on the robe among the pearls are simple multicolored stones. Behind the left choir is a second copy of the miraculous Icon of the Mother of God "The Sign", the robe is silver with gilding, partially adorned with pearls, the crown and diadem are inlaid with various stones. To the right in line with the main room is a small chapel in the name of the Holy Trinity, consecrated on November 23, 1832 by His Grace Iliodor."
The Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos was restored in 1991 and consecrated by His Holiness Patriarch Alexy II on September 19 of the same year.
