The two-story stone church dedicated to the Korsun Icon of the Mother of God is located on the middle terrace of the monastery. One side faces the monastery, while the other overlooks the ravine. Both sides are adorned with pediments and projections. In the past, the church had an altar in the choir in honor of the venerable Anthony and Theodosius of the Caves, consecrated in 1819. The main altar was consecrated in 1814. The church has now been fully restored, a dome has been installed, and it has regained its former appearance. It is a spacious, bright basilica-shaped temple with an iconostasis decorated with exquisite wooden carvings.

Located next to the Nicholas Cathedral, the Korsun Church always seemed miniature, but inside it is very spacious. Its location is unique: one side faces the monastery, while the other looks out over the ravine beyond its borders. The exterior walls are adorned with pediments and projections. The church houses a copy of the Athos icon of the Mother of God "All-Holy Queen."
