The complex of buildings of the junker school included the building of the riding hall, located on the southern side of the main building, facing the roadway. The riding hall was built in the 1880s based on a design developed in St. Petersburg, using the foundations of the monastery fence and the western wall. The building has a rectangular shape measuring 56 by 17 meters and a height of up to 10 meters at the ridge. The span of 17 meters is covered by a suspended ceiling attached to the rafter system. Initially, the riding hall served for conducting drill exercises. However, in an archival photograph from the early 20th century, showing the main building of the school and the riding hall, it is visible that a Orthodox cross is installed on the pediment of the riding hall. This indicates that a house church was later arranged in the building. In 2003-2005, the building was restored and is now used as an exhibition pavilion.
