A six-story former tenement house, built in 1913 according to the design of architect Sigismund Vulfson, is executed in the neoclassical style. Before the revolution, it could have remained a typical building, steadily bringing income to its owner. On the first floor, there were a confectionery, a pharmacy, and a knitting workshop, while the upper floors housed rental apartments and offices.

However, in 2010, an event transformed this building into a landmark of Malaya Bronnaya and attracted the attention of tourists. At the initiative of the residents, historical signs from the 1920s were restored, featuring the names of former establishments such as a dental office, the student cooperative bureau 'Central', and a pharmacy.

Today, just like 100 years ago, among the many restaurants at Patriarch's Ponds, a pharmacy continues to operate, although its owners have changed multiple times.
