Merchant of the second guild Burganutdin Fakhrutdinovich Mullin, who traded in sugar, built his house in the 1870s. His heir was the adopted son Z. Galyatdinov. In the early 2000s, the building was transferred to the community of the Al-Marjani Mosque, but in 2008 it was damaged by fire. By 2013, the house was restored according to historical blueprints along with other buildings on Nasiri Street. In 2018, the previously lost wing located between the main house and the historical wing was recreated.

The house combines elements of folk architecture and classicism. It has a wooden floor on a high brick semi-basement, and the building is topped with a high lantern under a gabled roof, with a mezzanine on the side. The building has a rectangular shape. The basement was used for household needs, while the upper floor was residential. The facade of the house is divided into two unequal parts by protruding logs, which also decorate the corners of the building. Each part has three windows with simple trim and shutters. The gable is decorated in the Tatar tradition: at its peak is a carved half-sun, below it is a window with a fractional lattice, flanked by carved columns and narrow additional windows. The historical wing was originally one-story, with three windows on a brick semi-basement, but in 2013 it was raised with a second floor similar in design to the first, and a brick extension was added on the courtyard side.
