Next to the Epiphany Church is a warm stone church dedicated to the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God. The exact date of its construction is unknown, as it is not mentioned in the land survey books of 1628-1630, in the church foundation charter of 1683, or even in the descriptive book of the settlement of Mstera from 1710. The latter only mentions a wooden church in honor of John the Baptist with church utensils. This suggests that the Vladimir Church was built after 1710.

The church has one dome covered with green tiles. Colorful tiles are inserted into the frieze of the dome and in the cornices of the walls. The iconostasis retains icons of ancient writing. The royal gates are also antique, adorned at the edges with a gilded base, and the top is completed with a tent-like structure featuring an image of the Last Supper in an ancient style. On either side of the gates are columns with images of the Three Hierarchs, St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, four archdeacons, and two angels.

The church has two altars: one in honor of the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God, and the other in the chapel, established in 1868, in the name of the holy and righteous Prince Alexander Nevsky. In 1875, an iconostasis was installed in the church, crafted by the master carver Stepanov, and the icons were painted by the best masters based on ancient models.
