From 1809 to 1811, the wooden fence was replaced with a stone one featuring three small corner towers. In 1838, the Three Hierarchs church was abolished, and from 1843 to 1850, a brotherly refectory was added to it. This building has a rectangular shape and a three-pitched roof, with its decor done in an ascetic style. In the 19th century, a two-story stone cell building was also erected in 1825, along with other structures, including a stone granary in 1811 and a wooden guesthouse for pilgrims in 1819, located outside the monastery. Nearby, there was a wooden chapel.

On May 5, 1990, the day of the discovery of the relics of St. Jacob, Bishop Alexander Mogilyov of Kostroma and Galich led a procession from Borok to the monastery. A festive prayer service was held among the ruins of the monastery. According to the decree of Archbishop Alexander dated May 1, 1995, an attached dependency of the Ipatiev Monastery in the name of the Holy Trinity was established in the former monastery, headed by the abbot, Hieromonk Adrian Antipov. By the decision of the Holy Synod on August 17, 2004, the dependency was transformed into a monastery, with Ferapont Kashin as its abbot.

Regular weekday services are held in the house church in honor of the Three Hierarchs, which was established in 1998 in the 19th-century refectory building.
