The first wooden church in the village of Yurga was built in 1800 by the efforts of the parishioners, as noted in the documents about the Church of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity of Yalutorovsky district from 1852.

In 1852, a wooden two-altar church on a stone foundation was rebuilt and consecrated in the village of Yurga, dedicated to the Holy Trinity and the Three Hierarchs: Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian, and John Chrysostom. In the early 20th century, this wooden church was dismantled and moved to the village of Volodino, where it was completely destroyed after the revolution.

In 1897, architect B. Tsinke developed a project for a two-story stone church. By 1904, thanks to the efforts of parishioners and merchant of the 1st guild A. Kuznetsov, a stone church with the same dedication was built and consecrated. Locals recounted that eggs were collected from all villages for construction, and bricks were passed hand to hand. The construction was led by architect Zorin, a native of the village of Khmelevka, who studied church building in the European part of Russia.

By 1904, the parish of the Holy Trinity Church included the villages of Paletskaya, Kolycheva, Volodino, Akhmytskaya, Zavorueva, Khmelevka, and Borovy Vyselok, with about 6000 parishioners. The church staff included two priests, one deacon, and two psalmists.

The last rector before the church's closure was Nikolai Pavlovich Rumyantsev, whose wife taught at the church parish school.

Two wooden houses were built for the clergy, the location of one is unknown, while the second housed a museum and a veterans' house.

Since 1884, a church parish school operated in the village, established in 1842. In 1897, such a school opened in the village of Volodino as well.

In 1933, the church was closed. The last elder was Alexander Mezentsev from the village of Zaozernaya. Soon, the cross was removed from the church, the bells were thrown down, and the bell tower was destroyed. The church building was looted. That same year, a grain warehouse was placed in the Holy Trinity chapel, and a stable for thoroughbred horses in the chapel of the Three Hierarchs. Later, a tractor school was opened on the first floor instead of the stable. Until 1972, a club was located in the Holy Trinity chapel, and a cinema in the chapel of the Three Hierarchs. From 1972 to May 1974, the building was unused. In May 1974, a children's library and a district library were placed in the chapel of the Three Hierarchs. In the Holy Trinity chapel, various institutions occupied the second floor over time, including a dormitory, a culture department, a pioneer house, and a music school.

In late 1993 and early 1994, the activities of the Holy Trinity parish resumed. In May 1994, the Bishop of Tobolsk and Tyumen, Dmitry, visited the church and blessed the decision to transfer the church building to the parish and begin repair and restoration work.

On October 14, 1994, the children's library was moved to another building, and a small corner was allocated to parishioners to the right of the altar. In April 1995, the district library was also moved to another location, and restoration work began. In mid-1995, the partition separating the altar from the main part of the church in the chapel of the Three Hierarchs was removed. The School of Arts vacated the Trinity chapel in 2002.

In 1997, a bell was brought from the village of Shipakovo, preserved thanks to the parishioners of the Shipakovskaya church.

In 2002-2003, the destroyed bell tower was restored, and in 2003, the main dome was installed. In 2004, the building was plastered.

In 2005, with the support of benefactors, bells were purchased for the church, which were consecrated and raised to the bell tower on April 7, the Feast of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos.

From 2006 to 2009, with the support of the district administration, repair and restoration work was carried out in the chapel of the Holy Trinity, which was planned to continue in the lower chapel of the Three Hierarchs.

Since September 2004, the rector of the parish has been appointed Father Andrey Timoshenko, a graduate of the Tobolsk Theological Seminary.
