The first stone church of the Protection of the Holy Virgin with a chapel dedicated to Saint Nicholas was built between 1899 and 1905 with funds from landowner A.N. Satina. In 1935, the church was desecrated and closed, and from 1940, it housed a grain storage and a rural cultural center. In 1992, the building was returned to the believers, and in 1999 it was fully restored with the help of parishioners, benefactors, and the local and regional administration.

The church, designed in a cross-shaped plan with a five-domed completion, a semi-circular altar apse, a refectory, and a tall bell tower, is adorned with elegant brick patterns. In 2009, 8 bells were installed in the bell tower, weighing between 8 and 700 kg. Today, the Church of the Protection of the Holy Virgin is active and serves as the main decoration of the village, evoking pride among its many parishioners.
