The village of Vypolzovo was founded in 1670 by the Utynsky nobility on lands received for service to the sovereign. Initially, it was named Blagoveshchenskoye and was located in the flood zone of the Barysh River. In spring, during the flood season, the river regularly inundated the settlement. The residents, realizing the inconvenience of such a location, began to build houses on higher ground, and gradually the buildings seemed to 'crawl out' onto the hill. Thus, the village got its name Vypolzovo. In 1893, a wooden church was built here, and a church school was opened.

In 1938, the church was closed, and during the war, its building was used as a grain storage facility. In the 1950s, the building was converted into a village club.
