According to information provided by Vladimir Muromtsev, in 1847, a Uniate community built a brick church in the village in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The main altar was cold and dedicated to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, while the warm chapels were dedicated to the Three Hierarchs and the Protection of the Mother of God. The church was a two-light square with large zakomaras and five onion-shaped domes on drums with arcatures, and it had a refectory, a northern chapel, and a tent-shaped bell tower. The chapels were called the Three Hierarchs and Protection chapels. The church was closed no later than the 1930s and was abandoned.

According to data provided to the project by Vladimir Bakunin, there was another stone temple in Isady, which was built from 1896 to 1901. The main altar was dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God "Burning Bush"; the right chapel was dedicated to Archdeacon Stephen, St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, and St. Macarius of Yellow Waters, while the left chapel was dedicated to the Apostle Andrew the First-Called, St. Theodosius of Chernigov, and the martyr Alexander. This temple in Isady has not survived. According to local historian Irina Naumova, a wooden church in honor of St. Stephen the First Martyr was built in the village in 1701.
