On July 25, 2010, in Noginsk, Moscow region, with the blessing of the head of the Moscow diocese, and in the presence of a large gathering of townspeople and clergy, Bishop Roman conducted the ceremony of laying the foundation for a new church in honor of the holy blessed Matrona of Moscow, who is especially revered by believers in Russia and abroad. The site for construction was chosen on the picturesque bank of the Klyazma River, where there had previously been no church. The white-stone church, designed in the style of ancient Russian single-domed churches, accommodates about 300 people and has upper and lower chapels. The upper chapel is dedicated to Saint Matrona of Moscow, while the lower chapel is dedicated to the Great Martyr George the Victorious. The architects were N.G. Blagovidova and E.N. Maslov.

On October 2, 2011, Metropolitan Juvenal of Krutitsy and Kolomna, along with the clergy, visited the construction site of the church, where he conducted a prayer service for the holy patroness.

On May 6, 2012, on the feast day of the Great Martyr George the Victorious, the first Divine Liturgy was held in the George chapel of the church.

On July 19, 2012, domes were installed on the under-construction church.

In September 2012, the church was adorned with an icon of the holy blessed Matrona of Moscow, placed on the western facade.

On December 16, 2012, celebrations were held to mark the beginning of regular worship services. By this time, windows and doors had been installed, and flooring work in the George chapel was completed.

On May 6, 2013, on the church's feast day, after the Divine Liturgy, a procession and the consecration of a two-tiered iconostasis in the George chapel took place. The iconostasis was made of chamotte, and the icons were created in the style of the Moscow school of the 15th-16th centuries.

Since September 2013, a Sunday school for children and adults has been operating at the church.

In 2013, work was carried out on the internal and external finishing of the church, as well as on communications, heating, gas supply, electricity supply, and ventilation. Roofing work was completed.

In 2014, the interior finishing of the Sunday school classrooms was completed, ramps for people with limited mobility were built, a retaining wall was reinforced against flooding, a boiler room was arranged, walls were insulated, waterproofing work was carried out, paths were paved, and a playground was installed.

In 2015, the territory of the church was improved, an asphalt parking lot was arranged, and a park was laid out. The church is gradually transforming, with new shrines and elements of decoration appearing.
