In the "Spiritual" document, Votchicheva Konstantinovo is mentioned as a village, indicating the presence of a church and parish as early as the 16th century. In 1816, a stone church with a bell tower was built with funds from the parishioners. It has one altar dedicated to the equal-to-the-apostles kings Constantine and Helen. Church documents have been preserved in full: copies of the metric books have been kept since 1802, confession lists since 1820, and an inventory of church property was compiled in 1894.

The church land includes 1200 square fathoms of homestead, 2 dessiatins and 510 square fathoms of hayfield, as well as 32 dessiatins of arable land. The plan and boundary book for the land are kept in the church. The clergy consists of a priest and a psalmist. The annual income of the parish amounts to 240 rubles in silver from the land and up to 80 rubles in silver from sacramental fees, totaling 320 rubles in silver. The clergy's houses are located on church land and belong to them. In 1823, the Znamenskaya church of the village of Stremyachka was annexed to this church. The village and the village of Grigoryevo have 102 households, 281 men, and 307 women.
