On the southern side of the monastery courtyard stands the Sign Church. This refectory church, dedicated to the Icon of the Mother of God 'Sign', was built in 1625 and restored in 1963 under the guidance of A.D. Varganov.

The church features a layout and structure characteristic of the 17th century. It is a low and simple building with a spacious refectory hall. It is two stories high, with a large square hall in the western part supported by a single column. The lower floor was used for household needs, and its layout is replicated on the upper floor. To the east, a narrow room of the church adjoins the refectory hall, connected by a large arch and two wide windows, behind which is the altar.

The interior impresses with its simplicity and grandeur. To the west, the refectory is adjoined by the cellarer's chamber, which protrudes into the monastery courtyard. The architect paid special attention to the facade, placing the entrance portal in the center, accessed by a stone staircase. The facades facing the household part of the monastery are less expressive. The apses form a wide curved plane, and the window frames with triangular finishes appear naive, fitting into a modest cornice. The upper part of the building was altered at a later time.

This extensive complex is connected by a passage to the stone archimandrite and brotherhood buildings, constructed in 1763.
