The last church of the monastery was a small church dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God 'Dostoyno Ye', located near the cells in the northwestern part of the territory. The stone, two-story, and warm church was built in 1886-1887 under the abbess Izmaragda Voskresenskaya with the funds of benefactors. It had one altar in honor of the icon of the Mother of God 'Dostoyno Ye'. On the lower floor of the church, there were two cells for the monks.

The reason for the establishment of the church was the following event described by A.N. Ushakov: the land on which the church was built belonged to the city and encroached upon the monastery's territory, so the community suggested that abbess Izmaragda purchase this land. After the purchase, the abbess began the construction of a new stone two-story tower in the form of a chapel, so that it would become part of the monastery's enclosure. During the construction, abbess Izmaragda repeatedly saw dreams and heard a voice reminding her of the Kazan Mother of God. Being deeply religious, she began to pray and decided that she should build a church in honor of the Kazan Mother of God. With this aim, she went to Yaroslavl to seek the blessing of the Bishop. The Bishop noted that there was already a church in Uglich in honor of the Kazan Mother of God, but he did not hinder the abbess's desire. Upon returning to Uglich, the abbess received a letter from Athos about the arrival of the icon of the Mother of God 'Dostoyno Ye'. The icon was first delivered to Yaroslavl, then to Rybinsk to the chapel of the Theophany Monastery, and finally to Uglich. This convinced the abbess that the new church should be dedicated to the brought icon. Thus, the laying of the church was performed.

In the 1930s and in 1954, the church and the adjacent building were converted into a residential house, which significantly changed their appearance and destroyed the decor. The church exists in its altered form to this day.
