In 1996, the community of the Spaso-Gennady Monastery was registered. In 1997, the committee for the protection of historical and cultural monuments of the Yaroslavl region transferred the monastery ensemble. The description states that the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral from 1647, the Church of Alexius from 1751, and the bell tower from 1715 are in a semi-ruined condition. The well of St. Gennady, 12 meters deep, has been restored in the monastery, above which a wooden church in the name of St. Gennady has been built. Beneath this church lies a healing stone.
