The Epiphany Church in Ryabovo is a stone building with a bell tower, built in 1864 thanks to the efforts of the parishioners. The church is surrounded by a stone fence with an iron grille, and there is a cemetery nearby. The church has three altars: in honor of the Epiphany, the Holy Trinity, and Saint Great Martyr Paraskeva of Iconium. The church has no permanent sources of income.

The central feature of the composition is a tall cubical two-light square, symmetrically located relative to the longitudinal axis of the building. It is adjoined by lower volumes: a narrow five-sided apse and a wider refectory, which are of equal height. The refectory is connected to the lower tier of the bell tower, which is the same width as the square. The facades of the square are decorated with vertical divisions in the form of two pilasters, where the narrower one is placed over the wider one; in the lower volumes, the pilasters have panelled decoration. The finishing of the facades includes a simple molding marking the frieze and a stepped cornice with a row of small blocks at the square. The windows are large and rectangular. On the lower level, they are decorated with arched lintels and panels in the plinth area. The openings of the second light, which have an arched rise in the center of the lintel, are complemented by curved archivolts and profiled straight lintels. The entrances in the center of the side facades of the square and on the first tier of the bell tower are framed by wide portals with a keel-shaped rise in the upper arched part.

The church is served by a priest and a psalmist. Their regular income consists of a salary: the priest receives 10 rubles 78 kopecks, and the psalmist 2 rubles 94 kopecks per year, as well as interest from a total capital of 625 rubles. Income from services and rituals amounts to up to 40 rubles a year. There are no church premises for the clergy, and housing money is not paid. There are 125 rubles available for the construction of premises for the clergy. The clergy has access to 27 desyatinas of arable land, 3 desyatinas of hayfields, and 4 desyatinas of homestead land. There are plans and boundary books available.

The parish consists of 550 men and 600 women engaged in agriculture and seasonal trades. The parish includes five settlements and a zemstvo school.
