The stone Annunciation Church with the chapels of Theologian and Friday was built in 1769 on the site of the former Annunciation Women's Monastery. In memory of the monastery, the church houses vessels donated in 1759 by Fedosya Ivanovna Kologrivova. The church also contains the altar Gospel published in 1644 during the reign of Tsar Mikhail Fyodorovich and Patriarch Joseph, a Service Book from 1656, and a Commentary Gospel from 1662. Among the particularly venerated icons of Pronsk is the icon of the Mother of God "Consolation," before which a lampada burns continuously, and services are held on Sundays.

The land holdings of the Annunciation Church, together with the lands of the Resurrection Church, comprise 44 desyatinas and 86 square fathoms. The parish includes the Plotnaya Sloboda and the village of Vysokaya, located 3 versts away, where 465 men and 520 women live in 192 households. Among them, in 1826, there were 11 men and 13 women belonging to the non-priestly sect of dissenters. Currently, there is no data on the number of dissenters in the Annunciation parish.

According to the staff schedule of 1873, there is one priest and one psalmist serving in the Annunciation Church.
