On October 14, 2006, on the feast of the Protection of the Holy Virgin, the first service was held in the new chapel in the village of Kumbiser. The church, dedicated to the Protection of the Holy Virgin, was previously built between the villages of Kumbiser and Zaimishche. Here is also an active cemetery, where many generations rest, and to this day, residents of nearby villages are buried here. The project of the chapel was developed and approved by the necessary authorities by the rector of the Kazan Church, Dmitry Fomin. At the end of September, domes and crosses were installed on the chapel. On the day of the Protection of the Holy Virgin, rector Dmitry Fomin held the first service in the chapel. Thus, the chapel took its historical place on the site of the former church.
