In 1905, Anna Yakovlevna Perlova donated this building to create a monastery hospital with an outpatient clinic to provide medical assistance to the sisters and local residents. The hospital had several wards with 60 beds, and the outpatient clinic received up to two hundred people a day.

Today, the hospital is functioning again. On the first floor, there is an inpatient department with ten beds, as well as an outpatient clinic with a reception room, a dressing room, a physiotherapy room, a laboratory, and a treatment room. There is also a dental office and a room for centralized sterilization. Medical assistance is provided by sisters with medical education, including doctors, paramedics, and nurses.

On the second floor, there are monastery workshops: a sewing workshop and a gold embroidery workshop.
