One of the architectural landmarks of pre-revolutionary Azov is the house that has belonged to the Timmerman family since 1901, known for their charitable deeds. With their funds, the local hospital and women's gymnasium were built. The house was on a street that was named in honor of Larisa Vasilyevna Timmerman after her death and retained this name until the arrival of Soviet power.

Built around 1900-1901, the house has been well preserved compared to other buildings of that time. It is now privately owned and included in the list of architectural heritage sites of regional significance.
