At the intersection of Dzerzhinsky and Socialist streets stands a pre-revolutionary residential building that belonged to merchant Olympiada Kapustyanskaya. This house, built in 1908, is listed as an architectural monument of regional significance. Before the arrival of Soviet power, it was owned by a wealthy resident of Azov, but was then confiscated, and the further fate of the owner is unknown.

Today, the building is again in private ownership, used as a residential house, and is in good condition.
