The Krasheninnikov House, built in the early 19th century on Kozhevnicheskaya Street, is a three-story stone building with a basement. The history of this house begins in 1800, when the Moscow merchant family Krasheninnikov applied for permission to construct several buildings on the site, including a two-story stone house. However, after the fire of 1812, the estate was severely damaged and was not restored until 1817. In 1896, first guild merchant Nikolai Rasteryayev began making changes: he rebuilt the main building and added a two-story stone annex on the courtyard side. Rasteryayev used the entire former garden area to accommodate a tinning factory. In 1908, he founded the factory-trading partnership 'Nikolai Sergeyevich Rasteryayev,' which produced lead pipes. According to the 1914 inventory, the building housed the factory office and apartments for the master, manager, and employees. Since the 1930s, the territory of the former estate has housed the auto repair enterprise 'Aremkuz' of Glavmostrans.

The Krasheninnikov House has retained only its exterior appearance, as the interiors and decoration of the first two floors were completely lost due to frequent changes of ownership. The purpose of the building changed according to the owners' desires. Today, it retains characteristic elements of urban buildings from that time: window and door openings, a plinth, triangular decorative sandriks above the second-floor windows, and a profiled cornice between the floors.
