The house at Volodarsky Street, 41 was built in the late 19th century. This brick one-story building features a cast iron canopy on brackets above the entrance door. The main facade was adorned with a hall with an anteroom and living rooms, while the mezzanine floor housed service rooms. The interior of the house was decorated with plaster cornices on brackets and rosettes. The building is currently under reconstruction, and previously, it housed a post office.
