The residential building at 56 Volodarsky Street was constructed in the late 19th to early 20th century. The main facade of the building is adorned with three risalits of varying sizes, which project beyond the main line of the facade and extend through the entire height of the building, culminating in arched attics. The windows on the first floor are decorated with keystones, while the windows on the second floor are framed with rusticated archivolts on consoles. In the risalits, the windows are designed with semi-columns. The carved window surrounds that adorn the door opening particularly attract attention.
