The ancient picturesque city of Azov has always inspired its residents and guests to create. The Pestryakov brothers, who dedicated their lives to art, were no exception. Unfortunately, the paintings of Peter and Trofim Pestryakov have not survived to this day, or they are simply unknown to us, but their house has endured. The brothers lived in a spacious two-story house built in the early 20th century. The first floor was semi-basement and used for household purposes, while the second floor was occupied by the owners themselves. The further fate of the brothers is also unknown.
Today, the Pestryakov house is in good condition and has recently been included in the list of architectural monuments of regional significance in the Rostov region.
