In the depths of Yaroslavl, one can unexpectedly see a structure resembling a medieval castle. The rectangular mansion consists of three main parts: a central wide section and two narrower side sections. The two main facades face the banks of the Volga River (southeast) and the street leading to the factory (southwest). The southeast facade, facing the river, includes three architectural elements: two side towers and a protruding rectangular section designed in the Russian style.

The interior space of the mansion is organized around the main staircase, located in the center under a glass roof. All rooms on the first and second floors surround this staircase. Some of them are open for viewing from the center of the building and stand out due to their size, likely intended for the whole family. It is difficult to determine the exact purpose of each room due to the nearly vanished interior finishes, altered by new owners. However, construction contracts provide insight into what was inside: a small living room called the golden room, a main living room upholstered in fabric and decorated with arabesques, a children's room in a round tower, and a dining room nearby. There was also a ballroom, a buffet, a boudoir with a balcony, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathhouse, and a winter garden. The only preserved interior is the Egyptian hall at the entrance: four palm-shaped columns support a carved ceiling decorated with paintings featuring Egyptian motifs and images of winged goddesses. The main staircase was adorned with bronze balusters, covered with a red carpet, and decorated with cypress trees; now only remnants of the paintings and elements of the stucco decor remain. While the external styles of the building blend into a single composition, each room inside had its unique theme, representing the mansion's interior as an example of retrospection and stylization from the early 20th century.
