To mark the 60th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the open-air exhibition complex 'Salute, Victory!' was created in Orenburg. This scientific and artistic project was developed by the staff of the Orenburg Governor's Historical and Local Lore Museum, N. A. Yeryomina and N. M. Plyasheshnik. The museum's exhibition includes over 60 samples of weapons, as well as military, agricultural, automotive, and railway equipment and industrial machinery.
Today, the 'Salute, Victory!' exhibition complex is part of the Orenburg Governor's Historical and Local Lore Museum. It serves as a center for military-patriotic education for children and youth in the region and reminds us of the heroism of the generation of Victors.
Regular events such as Days of Military Glory, meetings with veterans of the Great Patriotic War, lessons of courage, excursions, concerts, and other activities are held here. Each year, the complex is visited by over 25,000 people, hosting around 50 mass events and more than 200 excursions.
