The Vigel House, an architectural monument in Voronezh, is located at 2/4 Vaytsekhovsky Street. It was built in the mid-18th century and designed in the Empire style with a lavish attic, masks, pilasters, and stucco.

The original owners of the estate were Maxim Sergeyevich Tulino and his son Vasily Maximovich. The history of the house began when industrialist Maxim Tulino decided to build a home for his family that rivaled noble mansions. He rose from a simple craftsman to the owner of a large woolen factory and was not short of funds. The house turned out to be solid and substantial, just like its owner, and was erected next to factory buildings. The street it was on was named Tulino Street, now known as Mikhail Vaytsekhovsky Street.

Later, the mansion passed to Tulino's relatives. Under the grandson of Vasily Maximovich, Ivan Ivanovich Tulino, at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, the house was expanded and decorated with elements of Baroque and Empire. According to the writer P. V. Malykhina, the mansion had many Gothic elements, which are still visible in the pointed windows and the battlements of the attic. These elements, along with the pilasters framing the windows, give the building an eclectic appearance.

In the mid-19th century, the house passed to entrepreneur Philip Vigel, a well-known philanthropist. After the death of his only son, Vigel bequeathed the estate to the provincial zemstvo on the condition that a free women's clinic for the needy would be established in the house.

At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, a two-story section was added to the house according to the design of engineer A. I. Shpakovsky for a maternity hospital and children's shelter. The main building was transferred to the provincial zemstvo administration. In the early 1910s, according to the project of architect D. N. Vasiliev, the mansion was lengthened. During World War II, the building was destroyed but was restored in 1948 according to the design of architect V. V. Savostyanov. It is now a two-story building made up of three structures from different periods. Until the end of the 1980s, it housed maternity hospital No. 4.
